Can I return my item?
We have a strict 14 day returns policy from the date you’ve received your parcel – outside of this we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Products must be in original condition and postage, freight courier cost will be paid by customer. NOTE: SALE ITEAMS which have been reduced will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. How dose Postage work? You have a choice to click and collect “pick up” or you can nominated postage. If choice is not available this is due to “BULK ITEMS” which require Delivery courier service fee category such as serendipity gift baskets, gift registry & day care are all considered bulk items. Cost of Delivery courier service fee is additionalas state in nominated category pages see eligibility criteria. Parcels are to be sent packed in original packing and returned to mini munchkin toys as advised by customer service representative. Postage, freight courier cost will be paid by customer. No returns will not be accepted without a valid RA#. How do I create a gift registry?
Simply get in touch with us and will send you a spreadsheet with all items which correlates to the catalogue which can be viewed on gift registry page.
Once you fill out spreadsheet with your desired nominated items and a copy is received we will creating your very own gift registry list. View contact us page with subject title gift registry enquire and we will endeavour to get back to within 24hrs
How do my guest have access to gift registry?
Your desired list will be created and access to your specific list will be available to view on our gift registry page.
A code will be generated which you will inform your guest to used at check out.
All purchases will be processed followed by invoices direct to customer and a copy to you. Your list will be updated regularly as purchase are being made and a final gift registry invoice will be attached and send to you (the recipient)
What happens if you can’t stock an item/s nominated in my gift registry ?
If we can not stock item/s on your gift registry we will inform you and gladly refund amount to your nominated bank account.
