Can I return my item? We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your items. Outside of this we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Products must be in original condition and postage, freight courier cost will be paid by customer.
What is the process for an exchange or refund. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours with a return address for you to ship your parcel. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Put the return address you received from our customer service representative onto the package. Drop off your package at your local post office.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our below returns policy:
If you decide an item is not right for you, you can contact us for returns within thirty (30) days after receiving your items.
Items returned must be in their original, unused condition. The items that are damaged, altered in any way will not be accepted for returns.
Items sent back without first contacting our Customer Service representative will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.
Your refund will be processed after we receive your returned package.
For customers who paid by PayPal, your refund will be processed 2 days after receipt of your package. For customers who paid by “square payment” credit card, your refund will be processed in 7 days after receipt of your package.
NOTE: SALE ITEAMS which have been reduced will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You aren’t able to cancel your order if it’s already been processed. You can however return the items for a full refund once you receive your order. Within 30 days period products must be in original condition and postage, freight courier cost will be paid by customer. If by chance your order hasn’t been processed and we are able to cancel your order please be aware you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of your total order value to cover any merchant costs involved with receiving, cancelling or refunding your order.
Manufacture warranty: Wear and tear is not covered under manufactures warranty
Electronic toys: Manufacturers warranty: batteries, charger and charger input out let are not included under Manufacturers warranty agreement as these can be damaged by user if the charging guidelines are not followed. When charging the motor bike do not exceed 8hrs as this will do damage to the battery. Battery life, rechargeable approximately 300 times. Water and ridding on sand will damage components.
Faulty mini munchkin toys is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchase. If the goods you have purchased are found to be faulty upon receipt, we will arrange to provide you with a replacement on the basis of the following guidelines:
Goods must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase

Photos will need to be provided and attached with a description
An Authorisation Number (RA#) will be issues & address for item/s (this is to be placed on all returned parcels)
No returns will not be accepted without a valid RA#.
Parcels are to be sent packed in original packing and returned to mini munchkin toys as advised by customer service representative.
Please read the section above regarding return product procedures. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization will be assessed at 20% re-stocking fee and credited less the original shipping costs. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.
